Aston Martin: "Our success is also Sebastian Vettel's SENSE!"

The biggest surprise of 2023 will undoubtedly be the brilliance of Aston Martin and especially Fernando Alonso. The Spanish world champion is soaring back to his best days, and his success is a little bit like that of his former rival.

Aston Martin is not forgetting that four-time world champion Vettel has made a big contribution to the great start to the season and, of course, his efforts for the German team have been praised at length. It is an interesting situation, because one often thinks - especially among Vettel supporters - that if he had been a little more patient, he could be reaping the rewards of all the work he has put in. This was not to be, as Sebastian Vettel retired after only one podium appearance in 42 races with the Greens. Mike Krack was keen to highlight the help of their former driver:

"Of course Sebastian played a big part in this. Last season we consulted him a lot about the improvements we were making and he gave us very useful and important advice. He told us which way to go and which way not to go, so he played a big part in building AMR 23." - said Krack.
