Payment methods

1) Cash on delivery

  • Cash on delivery available in: Hungary, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia and Slovakia
  • It has extra fee of 1 EUR
  • Only in your country's official currency.

2) Credit card / bank card payment online | FREE

  • This option has NO processing fee.
  • Nowadays, everyone has a credit card, but not everyone likes to use it online. It’s important to know that at FansBRANDS, card payments are safe, and they streamline the processing of orders. Refunds also make their way to your card faster this way.
  • If you choose this option, then after placing your order, you will be redirected to the WORLDLINE safe online payment interface, where all you have to do is provide your credit card details and pay for your order.
  • IMPORTANT: check that your card has enough balance before payment. If you’re placing a large order, then pay attention to the limit as well (there are cases where the transaction fails due to a set limit)! FansBRANDS does not store any card data!
  • Accepted card types: Visa, V PAY, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover, UnionPay, JCB, Paymit

3) Payment via PayPal | 5% transaction fee

  • The payment solution of the 21st century. Millions of people use it and trust it in almost every country around the world. Using it is sweet and simple.
  • If you choose this option, then after placing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal’s system, where you can finalise your order. Additional information and registration are available on the PayPal website.
  • A 5% processing fee will be charged for PayPal payments. In return, you will have access to services like complaint management. It can come in handy if you want to send your product back for some reason.

4) Payment via instant bank transfer | FREE!

  • This is the slowest payment method, but if anyone insists on paying this way, or they are making large purchases for their company, then it is recommended.
  • This option has NO processing fee.
  • Such orders are only processed after the amount is credited in our account.
  • IMPORTANT! When making the transaction, enter your order number in the message/comment box, and be sure not to pay for more than one order with a single transaction!

In what currency can I make payments?

As an international Formula 1 online store, you can choose to view the product prices in as much as 5 different currencies.

  • Currencies featured on the website: Forints (HUF), US dollars (USD), Great Britain Pounds (GBP), Romanian Lei (RON), Euros (EUR)
  • For online payments, you can make payments in any currency, but the bank or your payment service provider will convert the payment - at the current exchange rate - to the currency in which you are viewing the store’s products.
  • You will not be charged any additional fees for the conversion.

Can I make cash-on-delivery (COD)?

  • Cash on delivery is only available in Hungary, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia and Slovakia.
  • COD payments are charged an extra processing fee of 1 EUR
  • You can pay via COD in your country's currency: e.g. RON in Romania, HUF in Hungary
  • If you don’t want to pay any processing fees, choose to pay via credit card!

Can I make purchases on credit?

Our online store does not accept purchases on credit, but if we get many requests in this respect, we may introduce some kind of crediting construction.

How can I use gift vouchers / coupon codes?

Few of our special offers include sending you coupon codes via email, or posting them to our website. Gift vouchers also work with coupon codes.

  • You can activate coupon codes on the CART page, or during the ordering process, on the Delivery and payment page.
  • No more than one coupon code may be used at once.

Online payment errors

Typical errors regarding online payment, if you’ve selected the online credit card or PayPal option:

  • Wait until the page redirects you to the payment page - after placing your order!
  • Check if there is enough coverage on your account!
  • Verify your spending limits! It’s possible that you’ve exceeded your daily limit.
  • For online credit card payments, the system will redirect you to the WORLDLINE safe payment page. Here, you must select the type of card you have! Enter the card number, the expiry date, the name of the card owner, as well as the 3 or 4-digit CVC (CVVm CIC/4DBC) code!
  • Afterwards, you must make a confirmation. This may be via your bank’s mobile phone app. You can ask about the confirmation details at your bank.
  • After successful confirmation, the system will redirect you to the FansBRANDS website.
  • For PayPal payments, the system will redirect you to the PayPal website. If you don’t have a PayPal account, then you can create one for free.
  • IMPORTANT! Wait until the system redirects you to the online payment interface each time. This may take more time on mobile.
  • IMPORTANT! If you interrupt online payment, then your order will fail due to timeout.
  • IMPORTANT! If online payment fails, then you can choose a different payment option on your profile page after accessing your FansBRANDS account. You don’t need to place your order again!

Can I pay the courier by card?

If you’ve chosen payment-on-delivery, then you can pay the GLS courier either in cash (HUF) or via credit card as well.

  • Credit card payments to the courier are only available in Hungary!
  • In Romania, Cash-on-delivery - to the courier - may only be made in cash (RON).
