Cancelling an order

If something has come up and you no longer want the product you’ve ordered, then you can cancel your order using the following form.

When and how can you cancel an order?

You can cancel an order if it has not yet been concluded. If the order has already been concluded and we have sent your package by courier, the only thing you can do is to send it back. If you refuse reception of your order, then the system will automatically place you on a black list, so in the future, you will only be able to place order with payment in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

IMPORTANT!

  • You can cancel your order using the following form.
  • You can notify us by phone that you wish to cancel your order, but please fill out the form even if you notify us by phone, because it’s important that the cancellation is traceable!
  • You CANNOT CANCEL your order: via SMS, on Facebook, on Instagram, on WhatsApp, or if your order has already been concluded!
  • If your order has already been concluded, but you do not want the product, there’s nothing to fear: we offer a 180-day return warranty.
